Last but not least, you might be touching your hair too much! The oil in your hands will be transferring directly into your scalp so try and not touch it once its all styled… though we know that’s hard!

Aloe Vera is natures catch all treatment for so many ailments, its an antioxident and a cleanser than can remove excess oils. Applying aloe vera and letting it sit for a while before rinsing with warm water could be a solution. Apple Cider Vingegar has similar properties for this, mixing it with water as a hair rinse. Using this rinse three times a week should do a lot to fight this issue.
Egg yolks provide the scalp with healthy cholesterol and nutrients that encourage healthy hair. It also gives the hair healthy oils that work to reduce the excretions of more oil. All you have to do is separate the yolk from the egg white and apply on damp hair. Leave it for fifteen minutes and later rinse with warm water.
Maintaining a healthy diet and staying hydrated with water is also a key component to having a healthy body in all senses, avoiding greasy foods and focusing on nutritious food will offer you a great improvement both mentally and physically.
